LOW BATTERY : There are two (2) options:
• Use the overide key to open the safe and replace the batteries which are located on the back
plate of the door
• Use the back up battery box. Make sure the back up battery box has new batteries (4 x AA). Plug the battery pack into the keypad. The LCD will display "Good." Enter your code and open the safe. Once the door is open immediately replace the batteries on the back plate of the door.
CHANGING YOUR CODE:
• Open the safe door using the factory preset code.
• With the door in the open position turn the handle so that the bolts retract. The safe is now locked in the open position.
• Press the reset button (red button located on the hinge side of the door).
• Enter your new code (3-8 digits).
• Enter # to confirm new password.
• The LCD will display "IN" - your safe will now operate with your new code.
