How to use the Lagard website:

• Select "Products"

• Select "Electronic"

• Identify Your Lock

.- The most common reason for an electronic lock problem is a low battery. "Low battery" is signalled by multiple beeps after the correct code is entered. In some cases
t
he lock may signal a correct code (double beep) but may not have enough power to open.

.- Please refer to the Lagard website for battery changing instructions. Once you have replaced the battery (9V Alkaline) you should retain from touching the key pad for at least 10 minutes. This will give the lock enough time to reset.

Another Common Problem

• A triple beep signals an incorrect code. It is important to note that after 3 incorrect attempts
at entry the lock will shut down and you will have a 5 minute waiting period
